  1.   2. Once directed to the login page, you will find a login box where you need to input necessary information in order to access your account. Start with the first text box and input your email address on it. Make sure you are inputting your correct email address to avoid any errors while trying to login to your account.
  3. After inputting your email address move on to the second text box and click the bullet that says 'Yes, I have a password' and on the text box next to it input your password.
  4. After completing steps one to three click the Sign in using our Secure Server and you will be then directed to your Amazon Seller Account.

  2. Once directed to the login page, find the Forgot your password? link in the login box and click it.
  3. After clicking it, you will be then directed to their password reset page. Once directed, enter your email address on the text box that asks for it. After inputting your email addess type the characters on the image box provided on the text box that requires you to input the code.
  4. After completing steps one to three click Continue. There are maybe additional steps along the way so just follow the onscreen instructions to reset your login credentials.
